What is See On Me?
See On Me is our Shopify app that lets your customers try on clothing virtually on your product page. They upload a full-body photo (if they haven't already), click 'See On Me', and see an AI-generated image of the garment on themselves. The goal is more confidence at checkout and fewer returns.
Do I need to be on Shopify?
Yes. See On Me is built for Shopify and is available in the Shopify App Store. We’re focused on making it the best experience possible on that platform before expanding elsewhere.
How do customers try on items?
On your product page they'll see a 'See On Me' button. Clicking it opens the try-on flow: login (or create an account) with On Me Group, click 'Try it on', and receive a generated image showing the garment on them. The flow is designed to be simple and fast.
What data do I get as a retailer?
You get visibility into which products are tried on and how often. This is our biggest development focus area for 2026 and we will be adding a lot more insights. We use this to help you understand what's working and where to focus — from merchandising to sizing and returns.

How much does See On Me cost? Is there a free trial?

How long does setup take?
Most stores can get started quickly through the Shopify App Store and be live the same day. We also offer guided onboarding to help you configure placements, branding, and rollout in a way that fits your store.
Can I customise the See On Me button?
Yes. You can customise all elements of the button easily through the theme editor. For more advanced customisations you can use custom css. We understand it is important for the experience to feel native to your brand.
Will See On Me slow down my storefront?
See On Me is built to integrate cleanly with Shopify themes and minimise performance impact. Built using Shopify's own open-source coding language for seamless integration into your storefront.
What support do you provide after launch?
We support you through onboarding and beyond with guidance on setup, performance, and best practices. We also provide ongoing technical support. When you onboard we will get in touch so you have a direct point of contact for support.
